Rules:

1. Download the TOPICS of the contest
2. Only papers within the scope of the subjects given will be accepted.
3. Maximum 2 participants can be there in a team.
4. Each team/participant can present any no of papers.
5. Submission:
   a. Soft copy of the entire paper is to be mailed to  ieeerait@gmail.com , the subject being "360 Degrees 2006 T.P.P" followed by your papers name;  by 11th February 2006. 3 hard copies (1 original + 2 Xerox ) are to be submitted on 17th February, 2006 if your paper is selected for presentation on 16th February 2006.
   b. The paper must be formatted in Microsoft Word or in Acrobat Reader.
   c. No changes will be accepted once the paper has been submitted.
6. Paper Format:
   a. Typing should be done on only one side of an A/4 size paper with 1.5 spacing. The font size should be 12.Times New Roman or Arial must be used and heading size may be as desired. Font color may be black or blue (or both). Color photos are allowed.
   b. The abstract and the main paper must be preceded by Cover Page specifying the Paper Title, the relevant field on which the paper is based, followed by each participants name, contact no., e-mail id, engineering branch and college/institution.
7. The abstract must be maximum 1 page long.
8. The main paper must be of maximum 20 pages excluding the abstract and cover page.
9. The presentation should be of maximum 15 minutes followed by a 5 minutes Q&Ans session.
10. The Judges' decision will be final and undisputable.

Important Dates:

• Last date for submission of the complete paper: 11th February, 2006
  1. Declaration of finalists: 16th February, 2006 (by email and phone call, by 9 pm).
  2. Final presentation of the paper: 18th February 2006. Reporting time: 10.30 AM.
